Under the Laws of the Grand Lodge of Texas, Art. 311 (2), a Lodge may charge a fee to recover costs related to the use of credit or debit cards to make payments to the Lodge. The Fee below reflects this and consists of $175 (annual dues) + $6.84 (PayPal processing fee), a total of $181.84.
